A guy drove alongside me this morning at 7am wound his window down and said “how did you go on yesterday" and it's been like that ever since i got back. John Orton told me they even announced it at the end of the legends game. The interest mainly thank to the article in the LEP has been overwhelming. So once again thanks to the 11 players who went to the midlands on Saturday and played the game plus Peschi and Des who once again supported the team without any consideration for their own needs. The game it's self was won in the first half with two quality pieces of football, first one Ash Higgins got on the end of great pull back to slam in the opener and the 2nd a real beauty form Wacker. Half time we talked about keeping the game tight for the first 20 mins but credit to Watford they never lost their shape and discipline and kept at us right to the end. But it was that first half performance that won us this game and it’s a great feeling to reach the final of the IFA.
