Preston North End 4-2 Tranmere Rovers

An even first half with Preston struggling to impose themselves on the game was change dramatically at the start of the second half with the introduction of a pace into the Preston attack.

Jason Dodwell and Kershaw who were both introduced at half time imposed themselves on the game right from the start and within 10 min's we were 2-0 up with goals from Jason himself and Dan Maguire. Tranmere came back at us, but our two goal advantage stayed with us till the end with us eventually winning the game by 4 goals to two.
