Hull City 2-8 Preston North End

With some of our players doing a bit of sightseeing round the Humber Bridge meant we had to delay the kick off for a few minutes. Eventually we got matters underway with Hull electing to go with the wind first half and it was them who were asking question of the Preston Defence.

We answered all their question as our back line refuse to open any doors for them. Eventually we started to make inroads into their half.

Jason direct play was now asking questions of the Hull City back line and it was Jason who eventually open the scoring for Preston sizing onto a through ball he outstripped the Hull defence before rifling a beauty passed the outstretched arms of the Hull Keeper. Shortly after it was 2-0 Preston Matty Scott and Chambers combining for another quality goal,

A couple of substitutions took place during the break and it seem to affect the lads as Hull once again took the game to Preston but against the run of play Preston scored again and that was basically that as Hull fell apart after that. Quality goals came at regular intervals for the lads with the final score being 8-2 to Preston.
